Additional Work Opportunities for Inergi. For purposes of this Agreement, Capgemini includes its parents, its direct and indirect subsidiaries, affiliates, joint ventures, partnerships, related companies, successors and assigns. By its execution of this Collective Agreement the Employer binds Capgemini to Article 1 and to any Mid-Term Agreements, which refer to Capgemini, and warrants it has the authority to do so.
