Common use of Additions/Modifications to Solicitation Forms Clause in Contracts

Additions/Modifications to Solicitation Forms. Modifications of or additions to the Rate Proposal Form or any other County form may be cause for rejection of the proposal, however, the County reserves the right to decide, on a case by case basis, in its sole discretion, whether or not to reject such a proposal as nonresponsive. As a precondition to proposal acceptance, the County may, in its sole discretion, request that the proposer withdraw or modify any such modifications or additions which do not affect quality, quantity, price, or delivery.
