Common use of Additions to and Withdrawals from Account Clause in Contracts

Additions to and Withdrawals from Account. Custodian shall make all additions and withdrawals of Securities to and from this Account only upon receipt of and pursuant to written instructions from Principal or Manager and in accordance with Custodian’s procedures. Principal acknowledges Authorized Agents are permitted to process shareholder movement and fund expenses, without prior approval by Principal or Manager.
