Additions to Exhibits. It is contemplated that this Agreement may encompass additional Licensed Products at some future dates. IBM may add or delete Licensed Products to or from Exhibit "A" at any time during the term of this Agreement by providing written notice to TIS and such additional Licensed Products shall automatically be subject to the licenses and other rights granted under the terms and conditions of this Agreement..
