Additions to Security. All right, title and interest of Grantor in and to all Improvements and Additions hereafter constructed or placed on the Property and in and to any Accessories hereafter acquired shall, without any further deed of trust, conveyance, assignment or other act by Grantor, become subject to the Lien of this Deed of Trust as fully and completely, and with the same effect, as though now owned by Grantor and specifically described in the granting clauses hereof. Grantor agrees, however, to execute and deliver to Trustee and/or Beneficiary such further documents as may be reasonably required by the terms of the Loan Agreement and the other Loan Documents.
Additions to Security. All right, title and interest of Mortgagor in and to all Improvements and Additions hereafter constructed or placed on the Property and in and to any Accessories hereafter acquired shall, without any further mortgage, conveyance, assignment or other act by Mortgagor, become subject to the Lien of this Mortgage as fully and completely, and with the same effect, as though now owned by Mortgagor and specifically described in the granting clauses hereof. Mortgagor agrees, however, to execute and deliver to Mortgagee such further documents as may be reasonably required by the terms of the Loan Agreement and the other Loan Documents.

Grantor agrees, however, to execute and deliver to the Trustees and/or Beneficiary such further documents as may be required pursuant to Section 9.2 (Further Assurances).
Additions to Security. All right, title, and interest of Grantor in and to all extensions, improvements, betterments, renewals, substitutes, and replacements of, and all additions and appurtenances to the Property, hereafter acquired by or released to the Grantor or constructed, assembled or placed by Grantor on the Property, and all conversions of the security constituted thereby, immediately upon such acquisition, release, construction, assembling, placement or conversion, as the case may be, and in each such case, without any further pledge, grant of security interest, conveyance, assignment or other act by Grantor of any kind, shall, to the fullest extent permitted by law, become subject to the lien of this Deed of Trust as fully and completely, and with the same effect, as though now owned by Grantor and specifically described in the granting clauses hereof, but at any and all times Grantor shall execute and deliver to Beneficiary or the Trustee, as applicable, any and all such further assurances, deeds of trust, conveyances or assignments thereof as Beneficiary or the Trustee, as applicable, may reasonably require for the purpose of expressly and specifically subjecting the same to the lien of this Deed of Trust.
Additions to Security. All right, title and interest of Borrower in and to all Improvements hereafter constructed or placed on the Property shall, without any further mortgage, conveyance, assignment or other act by Borrower, become subject to the lien of this Mortgage as fully and completely, and with the same effect, as though now owned by Borrower and specifically described in the granting clauses hereof. Borrower agrees, however, to execute and deliver to Lender such further documents as may be reasonably required by the terms of the Junior Loan Agreement and the other Junior Loan Documents to confirm and evidence such lien.
Additions to Security. All right, title and interest of Borrower in and to all Improvements and Personalty hereafter constructed or placed on the Property and in and to any Equipment hereafter acquired shall, without any further mortgage, deed of trust, conveyance, assignment or other act by Xxxxxxxx, become subject to the lien of the Mortgage as fully and completely, and with the same effect, as though now owned by Xxxxxxxx and specifically described in the granting clauses hereof. Xxxxxxxx agrees, however, to execute and deliver to Lender such further documents as may be required by the terms of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents.
Additions to Security. The parties hereto agree that in the event that the Contract price for the Municipal Services set out in Schedule "G” attached, is greater by 10% than the estimates in the said Schedules, then the security provided for above shall be increased to an amount equal to the tendered contract price.
