Common use of Additions to Security Clause in Contracts

Additions to Security. All right, title and interest of Mortgagor in and to all Improvements and Additions hereafter constructed or placed on the Property and in and to any Accessories hereafter acquired shall, without any further mortgage, conveyance, assignment or other act by Mortgagor, become subject to the Lien of this Mortgage as fully and completely, and with the same effect, as though now owned by Mortgagor and specifically described in the granting clauses hereof. Mortgagor agrees, however, to execute and deliver to Mortgagee such further documents as may be reasonably required by the terms of the Loan Agreement and the other Loan Documents.

Additions to Security. All right, title and interest of Mortgagor in and to all Improvements and Additions hereafter constructed or placed on the Property and in and to any Accessories hereafter acquired shall, without any further mortgage, conveyance, assignment or other act by Mortgagor, become subject to the Lien of this Mortgage as fully and completely, and with the same effect, as though now owned by Mortgagor and specifically described in the granting clauses hereof. Mortgagor agrees, however, to execute and deliver to Mortgagee Beneficiary such further documents as may be reasonably required by the terms of the Loan Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents.

Mortgagor agrees, however, to execute and deliver to Mortgagee such further documents as may be reasonably required by the terms of the Loan Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents.
