ADDRESS FOR PURPOSE OF NOTICE. In the event the Fund establishes one or more Series after the effective date of this Agreement, such Series will become Series under this Agreement upon approval of this Agreement for such Series in the manner required by the 1940 Act and the amendment of Schedules 1 and 2 hereto.
