Address; Identification Number. The Subscriber hereby represents that the address of Subscriber furnished by the Subscriber at the end of this Subscription Agreement is the undersigned’s principal residence if the Subscriber is an individual or its principal business address if it is a corporation or other entity, and that the taxpayer identification number or social security number, as applicable, furnished herein is correct.
