ADDRESSES, NOTICE, WAIVER OF NOTICE. Each Participant must file with the Administrator, in writing, his or her current mailing address. Any communications, statement or notice addressed to such a person at his or her last mailing address as filed with the Administrator will be binding upon such person for all purposes of the Plan.
