Common use of Addresses Clause in Contracts

Addresses. The address and fax number (and the department or officer, if any, for whose attention the communication is to be made) of each Party for any communication or document to be made or delivered under or in connection with the Finance Documents is: (a) in the case of the Borrower, that identified with its name below; (b) in the case of each Lender, that notified in writing to the Agent on or prior to the date on which it becomes a Party; and (c) in the case of the Agent, that identified with its name below, or any substitute address, fax number or department or officer as the Party may notify to the Agent (or the Agent may notify to the other Parties, if a change is made by the Agent) by not less than five Business Days’ notice.

The address and fax number (and the department or officer, if any, for whose attention the communication is to be made) of each Party for any communication or document to be made or delivered under or in connection with the Finance Documents this Agreement is: (a) in the case of the Borrowereach Obligor and each Senior Finance Party, that identified in accordance with its name below;the terms of the Senior Facility Agreement; and (b) in the case of each LenderJunior Finance Party, that identified with its name below or as notified in writing to the Agent on or prior to the date on which it becomes a Party; and (c) in the case of the Agent, that identified with its name below, or any substitute address, fax number or department or officer as the Party may notify to the Agent (or the Agent may notify to the other Parties, if a change is made by the Agent) by not less than five Business Days’ notice.
