Addressing Disputes. You agree to file any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use exclusively in a state or federal court located in Tarrant County, Texas. The laws of the State of Texas will govern these Terms of Use, as well as any claim that might arise between you and us, without regard to conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Tarrant County, Texas for the purpose of litigating all such claims. Nothing in these Terms of Use will prevent us from complying with the law. IF ANYONE BRINGS A CLAIM AGAINST US RELATED TO YOUR ACTIONS OR INFORMATION ON THE SITE, YOU WILL INDEMNIFY AND HOLD US HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND EXPENSES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING REASONABLE LEGAL FEES AND COSTS) RELATED TO SUCH CLAIM. Addressing Disputes. ● Should a difficulty arises concerning the performance of these obligations, the Parties and Tree Sisters shall try to reach a friendly settlement. ● Any dispute or protest arising out of this agreement shall try to be settled amicably through negotiation and in case no settlement can be reached; the matter may be submitted to Arbitration. However, before any Arbitration, the parties shall agree for mediation and conciliation, for settling the dispute. All disputes arising out of this agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
Addressing Disputes. 1. Disputes over the interpretation or application of this Agreement shall be resolved through consultations and negotiations between the Parties' concerned bodies.
2. In the event of a dispute, the Parties shall continue to implement all obligations arising from this Agreement until a final resolution to the dispute is reached.

23.1.1. Revise the APA with the Taxpayer; or
23.1.2. Cancel the APA; or
23.1.3. Revoke the APA
23.2. Interpreting APA terms, determining Covered Transactions, and ensuring proper record-keeping are critical aspects of addressing discrepancies. If zakat/ tax filings deviate from the Authority›s APA interpretation, the APA may be canceled or revoked.
