Addressing Facilities Concerns Promptly. The Resident agrees to notify the Residence Life Office immediately of any damage to the premises during the period of the Agreement using the online work order program at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxx.xx. Failure to do so may result in associated costs for repair and replacement to be charged to the Resident as per section 6.4 of this Agreement.
