Adequacy. Customer must satisfy itself as to the adequacy, appropriateness and compatibility of Payment Express and/or the Goods for its requirements. Without limiting clause 7.1, Customer acknowledges that it has not relied on any statements or representations on the part of PX as to performance or functionality, verbal or otherwise, except as expressly recorded in this Agreement.
