Adequate Assurances Regarding Acquired Contracts and Required Orders. With respect to each Acquired Contract, Buyer shall provide adequate assurance of the future performance of such Acquired Contract by Buyer. Buyer shall promptly take all actions as are reasonably requested by Sellers to assist in obtaining the Bankruptcy Court's entry of the Sale Order, including, without limitation, furnishing affidavits, financial information or other documents or information for filing with the Bankruptcy Court and making Buyer's Related Persons available to testify before the Bankruptcy Court.
