Adequate Counsel. Each of the Company and COMCOR hereby represents and warrants that it and its legal counsel have adequate information regarding the terms of this Agreement, the scope and effect of the transactions contemplated hereby and all other matters encompassed by this Agreement to make an informed and knowledgeable decision with regard to entering into this Agreement.
