Adequate Resources. Contractor agrees that it has secured or shall secure at its own expense all persons, employees and equipment required to perform the Services required under this Agreement, and that all such Services shall be performed by Contractor, or under Contractor’s supervision, by persons authorized by law to perform such Services.
