Common use of Adequate Rights Clause in Contracts

Adequate Rights. You represent and warrant to ProChain that: (a) you or your licensors own all right, title, and interest in and to Your Data; and (b) you have all rights in Your Data necessary to grant the rights contemplated by this Agreement, including without limitation any permissions, consents, licenses, or authorizations required to be collected under applicable laws and regulations governing information security, data privacy, and/or consumer protection.
