Adequate Supplies Sample Clauses

The Adequate Supplies clause requires a party, typically a supplier, to maintain sufficient inventory or resources to meet the demands specified in a contract. In practice, this means the supplier must anticipate and provide for the buyer’s needs, ensuring that shortages or delays do not occur during the contract period. This clause helps prevent disruptions in the supply chain and ensures the buyer can rely on a consistent flow of goods or services, thereby reducing the risk of operational interruptions.
