ADHERENCE TO CONTRACTUAL REQUIREMENTS. Where contractual agreements and/or contractual arrangements require the Enterprise to provide wages and/or conditions on a particular site, determined by a workplace agreement or a pre-reform certified agreement, that are more favourable than those agreed pursuant to this Agreement such wages and conditions will prevail only for the periods employees are on the site and only for the employees on that site.
