Adherence. The Shareholder undertakes to the Company (for itself and on behalf of each other party to the Shareholders’ Agreement) that he will, with effect from the date hereof assume, perform and comply with each of the obligations as a Shareholder under the Shareholders’ Agreement as if he had been a party to the Shareholders’ Agreement at the date of its execution.
