Adjacent Buildings and Owner’s Ongoing Business. Contractor understands the Work performed at the Site will occur around existing buildings, some of which may be historic and frangible, that house and facilitate Owner’s current operations. As such, all Work shall be conducted in a manner causing as little interference with and inconvenience to the surrounding structures and continuous conduct of Owner’s operations as possible.
