Common use of Adjoining Property Clause in Contracts

Adjoining Property. The Contractor shall be required to protect all the adjoining property and to repair or replace any such properties damaged or destroyed by it, its employees or subcontractors through, by reason of or as a result of activities under, for or related to the Contract.

Adjoining Property. The Contractor shall be required to protect all the adjoining property and to shall repair or replace any such properties property damaged or destroyed during the progress of the Work by it, Contractor or any of its employees or subcontractors through, by reason of or as a result of activities under, for or related to the Contractat Contractor's sole cost and expense.
