Common use of Adjournment of Sale Clause in Contracts

Adjournment of Sale. The Trustees may adjourn from time to time any sale by them to be made under the provisions of this Indenture or any of the Mortgages, by announcement at the time and place appointed for such sale or for such adjourned sale or sales; and, except as otherwise provided by law, the Trustees, without further notice or publication, may make such sale at the time and place to which the same shall be so adjourned.

Adjournment of Sale. The Trustees may adjourn from From time to time the Trustee, or other Person acting in any sale by them of Mortgaged Property to be made under the provisions of this Indenture or any of the MortgagesIndenture, may adjourn such sale by announcement at the time and place appointed for such sale or for such adjourned sale or sales; and, except as otherwise provided by law, the Trustees, and without further notice or publication, may make such sale may be made at the time and place to which the same such sale shall be so adjourned.
