Common use of Adjournment of Sale Clause in Contracts

Adjournment of Sale. The Trustee may adjourn from time to time any sale to be made by them under the provisions of this Indenture by announcement at the time and place appointed for such sale or for such adjourned sale or sales, and, without further notice or publication (unless otherwise required by law), they may make such sale at the time and place to which the same may be adjourned.

Adjournment of Sale. The Trustee may postpone or adjourn from time to time any sale of all or any part of the Mortgaged Property by it to be made hereunder or by them under the provisions of this Indenture virtue hereof by announcement at the time and place appointed for such sale or for such adjourned sale or sales; and, andexcept as otherwise provided by any applicable provision of law, Trustee, without further notice or publication (unless otherwise required by law)publication, they may make such sale at the time and place to which the same shall be so postponed or adjourned, as the case may be adjournedbe.
