Common use of Adjournment of Sale Clause in Contracts

Adjournment of Sale. Mortgagee may postpone or adjourn from time to time any sale of all or any part of the Mortgaged Property by it to be made hereunder or by virtue hereof by announcement at the time and place appointed for such sale or such adjourned sale or sales; and, except as otherwise provided by any applicable provision of law, Mortgagee, without further notice or publication, may make such sale at the time and place to which the same shall be so postponed or adjourned, as the case may be.
