Common use of Adjudication by Regulatory Authority Clause in Contracts

Adjudication by Regulatory Authority. In the event of the constitution of a statutory Regulatory Authority with powers to adjudicate upon Disputes between the Concessionaire and the Concessioning Authority, then instead of reference to Arbitration under Article 7.2, such Regulatory Authority shall adjudicate upon all Disputes arising out after its constitution, in accordance with the Applicable Laws.

Adjudication by Regulatory Authority. In the event of the constitution of a statutory Regulatory Authority with powers to adjudicate upon Disputes between the Concessionaire Lessee and the Concessioning Authority, then instead of reference to Arbitration under Article 7.28.2, such Regulatory Authority shall adjudicate upon all Disputes arising out after its constitution, in accordance with the Applicable Laws.

Adjudication by Regulatory Authority. In the event of the constitution of a statutory Regulatory Authority with powers to adjudicate upon Disputes between the Concessionaire Licensee and the Concessioning Authority, then instead of reference to Arbitration under Article 7.28.2, such Regulatory Authority shall adjudicate upon all Disputes arising out after its constitution, in accordance with the Applicable Laws.

Adjudication by Regulatory Authority. In the event of the constitution of a statutory Regulatory Authority with powers to adjudicate upon Disputes between the Concessionaire Lessee and the Concessioning Authority, then instead of reference to Arbitration under Article 7.27.3, such Regulatory Authority shall adjudicate upon all Disputes arising out after its constitution, in accordance with the Applicable Laws.

Adjudication by Regulatory Authority. In the event of the constitution of a statutory Regulatory Authority with powers to adjudicate upon Disputes between the Concessionaire Lessee and the Concessioning Authority, then instead of reference to Arbitration under Article 7.2Clause 8.2, such Regulatory Authority shall adjudicate upon all Disputes arising out after its constitution, in accordance with the Applicable Laws.

Adjudication by Regulatory Authority. In the event of the constitution of a statutory Regulatory Authority with powers to adjudicate upon Disputes between the Concessionaire Lessee and the Concessioning Authority, then instead of reference to Arbitration under Article 7.2IV.B, such Regulatory Authority shall adjudicate upon all Disputes arising out after its constitution, in accordance with the Applicable Laws.

In the event of the constitution of a statutory Regulatory Authority with powers to adjudicate upon Disputes between the Concessionaire and the Concessioning Authority, then instead of reference to Arbitration under Article 7.27 .2, such Regulatory Authority shall adjudicate upon all Disputes arising out after its constitution, in accordance with the Applicable Laws.

In the event of the constitution of a statutory Regulatory Authority with powers to adjudicate upon Disputes between the Concessionaire Lessee and the Concessioning Authority, then instead of reference to Arbitration under Article 7.216.3, such Regulatory Authority shall adjudicate upon all Disputes arising out after its constitution, in accordance with the Applicable Laws.
