Adjudication or Arbitration Clause Samples

The Adjudication or Arbitration clause establishes a formal process for resolving disputes between parties outside of traditional court litigation. Typically, this clause specifies whether disagreements will be settled through adjudication, which is a quicker, interim decision-making process, or through arbitration, which involves a neutral third party making a binding decision after hearing both sides. By outlining the method and procedures for dispute resolution, this clause helps ensure that conflicts are addressed efficiently and privately, reducing the time, cost, and public exposure associated with court proceedings.
