Adjudicator Review Sample Clauses

Adjudicator Review. The tenure of the Adjudicator shall be reviewed on an annual basis. By mutual agreement between the Contractor and Council, the services of the Adjudicator may be terminated and an alternate appointed. The Parties agree to the appointment of ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ to act as an alternate Adjudicator in the event that the primary Adjudicator is unavailable.
