Common use of Adjudicator Clause in Contracts

Adjudicator. 49.1 KPLC proposes the person named in the TDS to be appointed as Adjudicator under the Contract, at an hourly fee specified in the TDS, plus reimbursable expenses. If the Tenderer disagrees with the proposed Adjudicator, the Tenderer should so state in the Tender. If, in the Form of Acceptance, KPLC has not agreed on the appointment of the Adjudicator, the Adjudicator shall be appointed by the Appointing Authority designated in the Special Conditions of Contract at the request of either party.
