Adjusted Base Rate Advances. If such Advance is an Adjusted Base Rate Advance, a rate per annum equal to the Adjusted Base Rate plus the Applicable Margin, payable in arrears on each Interest Payment Date and on the date such Adjusted Base Rate Advance shall be paid in full.
