Adjusted EBITDA to Interest Expense. The Parent shall not permit the ratio of (i) Adjusted EBITDA of the Parent and its Subsidiaries for the fiscal quarter most recently ended for which financial statements are available to (ii) Interest Expense of the Parent and its Subsidiaries for such fiscal quarter, to be less than 1.85 to 1.0 at any time.
