Common use of Adjusted Insurance Coverage Clause in Contracts

Adjusted Insurance Coverage. The Company agrees to adjust the minimum coverage of the liability insurance policy or policies required by Section 10.2.1 within three (3) months of notice from the City that the City has reasonably determined that additional amounts or types of insurance are being commonly carried with respect to systems of a size and nature similar to the System or other circumstances have arisen which make it reasonably prudent to obtain such additional amounts or types of insurance.
