Adjusted Minimum Rent Sample Clauses
Adjusted Minimum Rent. The Minimum Rent for the first year of the Extension Term shall be the Base Rent for the last year of the Initial Term, adjusted by the Percentage Change. In no event shall the adjusted Minimum Rent be less than the Minimum Rent for the preceding lease year.
Adjusted Minimum Rent. (a) During the term of the Lease, as extended hereby, Tenant shall pay Adjusted Minimum Rent and all other sums due under the Lease, as amended hereby.
