Market Adjustment The parties to this Agreement recognize the appropriateness of market pay adjustments in rare instances for compelling reasons. To effectuate judgments in such cases, the President and AAUP Chapter President, in consultation, shall each name three (3) individuals to a university Market Evaluation Committee. Deans may submit recommendations for market pay adjustments with supporting written reasons to the Committee. Said Committee shall consult with the President concerning proposed market pay adjustments reporting its advice not later than May 15 in each year. Upon the favorable recommendation of the President and the BOR President, market pay adjustments may be approved effective at the beginning of that pay period including September 1 of the following year. Not more than one (1) market pay adjustment per one hundred (100) full-time members, or fraction thereof, may be recommended in any contract year. A member’s salary may not be increased beyond the maximum for the rank. Funding for this program shall be governed by Article 12.10.2.
Market Adjustments Neither this Article nor any other in this Collective Agreement prevents the Employer from using other funds to increase a Member’s salary in response to offers received from other employers or to accommodate other market forces.
Adjustment for Tax Purposes The Company shall be entitled to make such reductions in the Conversion Price, in addition to those required by Section 10.06, as it in its discretion shall determine to be advisable in order that any stock dividends, subdivision of shares, distribution of rights to purchase stock or securities, or a distribution or securities convertible into or exchangeable for stock hereafter made by the Company to its stockholders shall not be taxable.
Economic Price Adjustment is the adjustment to the Aircraft Basic Price (Base Airframe, Engine and Special Features) as calculated pursuant to Exhibit D.

CALCULATION OF NET ASSET VALUE U.S. Trust will calculate the Fund's daily net asset value and the daily per-share net asset value in accordance with the Fund's effective Registration Statement on Form N-2 (the "Registration Statement") under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "Securities Act"), including its current prospectus. If so directed, U.S. Trust shall also calculate daily the net income of the Fund
ECONOMIC ADJUSTMENT Exhibit B – Prices for Goods/Services is hereby amended by deleting the existing Exhibit B in its entirety and inserting the attached Exhibit B – Prices for Services to increase by 5.1% from the previous set price.
Pricing Adjustments a. In the event an adjustment is made to the computation of the net asset value of Fund shares as reported to Insurance Company under paragraph 7, (1) the correction will be handled in a manner consistent with SEC guidelines and the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended and (2) the Funds or Transfer Agent shall notify Insurance Company as soon as practicable after discovering the need for any such adjustment. True-Up Adjustments From time to time, until the Retirement of the Recovery Bonds, the Servicer shall identify the need for True-Up Adjustments and shall take all reasonable action to obtain and implement such True-Up Adjustments, all in accordance with the following:
Calculation of Sale Gain or Loss For Shared-Loss Loans that are not Restructured Loans, gain or loss on the sales under Section 4.1 or Section 4.2 will be calculated as the sale price received by the Assuming Institution less the unpaid principal balance of the remaining Shared-Loss Loans. For any Restructured Loan included in the sale gain or loss on sale will be calculated as (a) the sale price received by the Assuming Institution less (b) the net present value of estimated cash flows on the Restructured Loan that was used in the calculation of the related Restructuring Loss plus (c) Loan principal payments collected by the Assuming Institution from the date the Loan was restructured to the date of sale.
