Adjusted Settlement Price Sample Clauses

Adjusted Settlement Price. Notwithstanding the definition of the “Settlement Price”, if any VWAP Trading Day in an Included Reference Period is a Registration Unavailability Day, the Daily VWAP for that day shall be deemed to be zero and the Settlement Price for any such Included Reference Period shall be referred to as the “Adjusted Settlement Price”. The parties agree and acknowledge that the provisions of this Section 7(e) are explicitly subject to Section 18.
