Common use of Adjusted Term SOFR Conforming Changes Clause in Contracts

Adjusted Term SOFR Conforming Changes. In connection with the use or administration of Term SOFR, the Administrative Agent will have the right to make Term SOFR Conforming Changes from time to time and, notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, any amendments implementing such Term SOFR Conforming Changes will become effective without any further action or consent of the Borrowers or any other party hereto. The Administrative Agent will promptly notify the Borrower Representative of the effectiveness of any Term SOFR Conforming Changes.
