ADJUSTMENT/APPROPRIATION OF PAYMENTS. The Allottee authorizes the Promoter to adjust/appropriate all payments made by him/her under any head(s) of dues against lawful outstanding, if any, in his/her name as the Promoter may in its sole discretion deem fit and the Allottee undertakes not to object/demand/direct the Promoter to adjust his payments in any manner.

ADJUSTMENT/APPROPRIATION OF PAYMENTS. The Allottee authorizes the Promoter to adjust/appropriate all payments made by him/her under any head(s) of dues against lawful outstanding, if any, outstanding of the Allottee against the Unit in his/her name as the Promoter may in its sole discretion deem fit and the Allottee undertakes not to object/demand/direct the Promoter to adjust his payments in any other manner.

The Allottee authorizes the Promoter to adjust/appropriate all payments made by him/her under any head(s) of dues against lawful outstanding, outstanding of the Allottee against the Said Commercial Plot for commercial usage if any, in his/her name as the Promoter may in its sole discretion deem fit and the Allottee undertakes not to object/demand/direct the Promoter to adjust his payments in any manner.

The Allottee Allottee(s) authorizes the Promoter to adjust/appropriate all payments made by him/her her/them/it under any head(s) of dues against lawful outstandingoutstanding of the Allottee(s) against the Said Unit, if any, in his/her her/their/its name as the Promoter may in its sole discretion deem fit and the Allottee undertakes Allottee(s) undertake/s not to object/demand/direct the Promoter to adjust his his/her/their/its payments in any manner.

The Allottee authorizes the Promoter to adjust/appropriate all payments made by him/her under any head(s) of dues against lawful outstandingoutstanding of the Allottee against the Unit, if any, in his/her name as the Promoter may in its sole discretion deem fit and the Allottee undertakes not to object/demand/direct the Promoter to adjust his payments in any manner.
