ADJUSTMENT/APPROPRIATION OF PAYMENTS. The Allottee authorizes the Developer to adjust/appropriate all payments made by the Allottee under any head(s) of dues against lawful outstanding of the Allottee against the Apartment, if any, in the Allottee’s name and the Allottee undertakes not to object/demand/direct the Developer to adjust his payments in any manner.

ADJUSTMENT/APPROPRIATION OF PAYMENTS. The Allottee Allottees authorizes the Developer to adjust/appropriate all payments made by the Allottee Allottees under any head(s) of dues against lawful outstanding of the Allottee Allottees against the Apartment, if any, in the Allottee’s Allottees’ name and the Allottee Allottees undertakes not to object/demand/direct the Developer to adjust his payments in any manner.

The Allottee authorizes the Developer Owner to adjust/appropriate all payments made by the Allottee under any head(s) of dues against lawful outstanding of the Allottee against the Apartmentsaid Flat, if any, in the Allottee’s name and the Allottee undertakes not to object/demand/direct the Developer Owner to adjust his payments in any manner.

ADJUSTMENT/APPROPRIATION OF PAYMENTS. The Allottee authorizes the Developer to adjust/adjust and appropriate all payments made by the Allottee him/her under any head(s) of dues against lawful outstanding of the Allottee against the Apartment, Apartment if any, in the Allottee’s his/her name and the Allottee undertakes not to object/demand/direct the Developer to adjust his such payments in any other manner.

The Allottee authorizes the Developer and the Associate Developer to adjust/appropriate all payments made by the Allottee him/her under any head(s) of dues against lawful outstanding of the Allottee against the Apartment, if any, in his/her name as the Allottee’s name Developer and the Associate Developer may in its sole discretion deem fit and the Allottee undertakes not to object/demand/direct the Developer and the Associate Developer to adjust his payments in any manner.

ADJUSTMENT/APPROPRIATION OF PAYMENTS. The Allottee authorizes the Developer to adjust/adjust appropriate all payments made by the Allottee him /her under any head(s) of dues against lawful outstanding of the Allottee allotee against the Apartment, if any, in the Allottee’s his/her name and the Allottee undertakes not to object/demand/object/ demand/ direct the Developer to adjust his payments in any manner.

The Allottee authorizes the Developer to adjust/appropriate all payments made by the Allottee him/her under any head(s) of dues against lawful outstanding of the Allottee against the Apartment, , if any, in his/her name as the Allottee’s name Developer may in its sole discretion deem fit and the Allottee undertakes not to object/demand/direct the Developer to adjust his payments in any other manner.

The Allottee authorizes the Vendor-Cum-Developer to adjust/appropriate all payments made by the Allottee under any head(s) of dues against lawful outstanding of the Allottee against the Apartment, if any, in the Allottee’s ’ name and the Allottee undertakes not to object/demand/direct the Vendor-Cum-Developer to adjust his payments in any manner.

ADJUSTMENT/APPROPRIATION OF PAYMENTS. The Allottee authorizes the Developer Builder to adjust/appropriate all payments payment made by the Allottee him her under any head(s) of dues against lawful outstanding of the Allottee allottee against the [Apartment/Plot], if any, in the Allottee’s his/her name and the Allottee undertakes not to object/demand/direct the Developer Builder to adjust his payments in any manner.

ADJUSTMENT/APPROPRIATION OF PAYMENTS. The Allottee authorizes the Developer to adjust/appropriate all payments made by the Allottee him/her under any head(s) of dues against lawful outstanding of the Allottee against the Apartment, if any, in his/her name as the Allottee’s name Developer may in its sole discretion deem fit and the Allottee undertakes not to object/demand/direct the Developer to adjust his payments in any manner.

The Allottee authorizes the Developer to adjust/appropriate all payments made by the Allottee under any head(s) of dues against lawful outstanding of the Allottee against the Apartmentsaid Flat, if any, in the Allottee’s Allottee‟s name as the Developer may in its sole discretion deem fit and the Allottee undertakes not to object/demand/direct the Developer to adjust his payments in any manner.

ADJUSTMENT/APPROPRIATION OF PAYMENTS. The Allottee authorizes the Developer to adjust/adjust appropriate all payments made by the Allottee him/her under any head(s) of dues against lawful outstanding of the Allottee against the ApartmentSaid Bungalow And Appurtenances, if any, in the Allottee’s his/her name and the Allottee undertakes not to object/demand/direct the Developer to adjust his his/her payments in any other manner.

ADJUSTMENT/APPROPRIATION OF PAYMENTS. The Allottee authorizes the Developer to adjust/appropriate all payments made by the Allottee under any head(s) of dues against lawful outstanding of the Allottee against the Apartmentsaid Commercial Space, if any, in the Allottee’s name and the Allottee undertakes not to object/demand/direct the Developer to adjust his payments in any manner.

ADJUSTMENT/APPROPRIATION OF PAYMENTS. The Allottee authorizes the Owners/Developer to adjust/adjust and appropriate all payments made by the Allottee under any head(s) of dues against lawful outstanding of the Allottee against for the said Apartment, if any, in the Allottee’s name and the Allottee undertakes not to object/demand/object / demand / direct the Owner/Developer to adjust his such payments in any other manner.

ADJUSTMENT/APPROPRIATION OF PAYMENTS. The Allottee Allottees authorizes the Co-Owner/Developer to adjust/appropriate all payments made by the Allottee Allottees under any head(s) of dues against lawful outstanding of the Allottee Allottees against the Apartment, if any, in the Allottee’s Allottees’ name and the Allottee Allottees undertakes not to object/demand/direct the Co-Owner/Developer to adjust his payments in any manner.
