ADJUSTMENT/APPROPRIATION OF PAYMENTS. The Allottee authorizes the Developer to adjust/appropriate all payments made by him/her /them under any head(s) of dues against lawful outstanding, if any, in his/her/their name as the Developer may in its sole discretion deem fit and the Allottee undertakes not to object/demand/direct the Developer to adjust his payments in any manner.

ADJUSTMENT/APPROPRIATION OF PAYMENTS. The Allottee authorizes the Developer to adjust/appropriate all payments made by him/her /them under any head(s) of dues against lawful outstanding, if any, in his/her/their her name as the Developer Promoter may in its sole discretion deem fit and the Allottee undertakes not to object/demand/direct the Developer Promoter to adjust his payments in any manner.

ADJUSTMENT/APPROPRIATION OF PAYMENTS. The Allottee authorizes the Developer Developer/Xxxxxx to adjust/adjust appropriate all payments made by him/her /them under any head(s) of dues against lawful outstanding, if any, in his/her/their her name as the Developer may Developer/Lessee in its sole discretion deem fit and the Allottee undertakes not to object/demand/direct the Developer Developer/Lessee to adjust his payments in any manner.

The Allottee authorizes the Promoter/ Builder/ Developer to adjust/appropriate all payments made by him/her /them under any head(s) of dues against lawful outstanding, if any, in his/her/their her name as the Promoter/ Builder/ Developer may in its sole discretion deem fit and the Allottee undertakes not to object/demand/direct the Promoter/ Builder/ Developer to adjust his payments in any manner.
