Common use of ADJUSTMENT/APPROPRIATION OF PAYMENTS Clause in Contracts

ADJUSTMENT/APPROPRIATION OF PAYMENTS. The Purchaser authorizes the Developer to adjust/appropriate all payments made by him/her/them/it under any head(s) of dues against lawful outstanding, if any, in his/her/their/its name as the Developer may in its sole discretion deem fit and the Purchaser undertakes not to object/demand/direct the Developer to adjust his/her/their/its payments in any manner.

ADJUSTMENT/APPROPRIATION OF PAYMENTS. The Purchaser Purchaser/Allottee authorizes the Developer Developer/ Promoter to adjust/adjust/ appropriate all payments made by him/her/them/it her under any head(s) of dues against lawful outstanding, if anyany , in his/her/their/its her name as the Developer Developer/Promotor may in its sole discretion deem fit and the Purchaser Puchaser/Allottee undertakes not to object/demand/demand/ direct the Developer Developer/Promoter to adjust his/her/their/its his payments in any manner.
