Common use of Adjustment Certificate Clause in Contracts

Adjustment Certificate. When any adjustment is required to be made in the securities issuable upon exercise of this Warrant, the Company shall mail to the Registered Holder a certificate setting forth a statement of the facts requiring such adjustment. Such certificate shall also set forth the kind and amount of stock or other securities or property into which this Warrant shall be exercisable following the occurrence of any of the events specified in this Section 2.
