Common use of Adjustment Event Clause in Contracts

Adjustment Event. If an adjustment event arises in relation to a taxable supply made by a Supplier under this Agreement, the amount paid or payable by the Recipient pursuant to clause 11.2 will be amended to reflect this and a payment will be made by the Recipient to the Supplier or vice versa as the case may be.
