Common use of Adjustment Event Clause in Contracts

Adjustment Event. If an adjustment event arises in respect of a supply made by a Supplier under or in connection with this agreement, any amount that is payable under clause 16.3 will be Xxxxxxx + Xxxxx page | 70 calculated or recalculated to reflect the adjustment event and a payment will be made by the recipient to the Supplier or by the Supplier to the recipient as the case requires.
