Adjustment for Excusable Delay. In the event of an Excusable Delay (and upon acknowledgement in writing by Customer), there shall be an equitable adjustment to the time of delivery set forth herein insofar as such Excusable Delay affects such specified time of delivery provided that any such equitable adjustment shall be without prejudice to Customer’s right to terminate this Contract pursuant to Article 17.2.
