Common use of Adjustment for Stock Split Clause in Contracts

Adjustment for Stock Split. All references to the number of Shares and the purchase price of the Shares in this Agreement shall be appropriately adjusted to reflect any stock split, stock dividend or other change in the Shares which may be made by the Company pursuant to Section 12 of the Plan or applicable provision of any successor Plan after the date of this Agreement.

All references to the number of Shares Shares, the Purchase Price and the purchase price of similar terms regarding the Shares in this Agreement shall be adjusted appropriately adjusted to reflect any stock split, stock dividend or other change in the Shares which that may be made by the Company pursuant to Section 12 of the Plan or applicable provision of any successor Plan after the date of this Agreement.

All references to the number of Options, Shares and the purchase price of the Repurchasable Shares in this Agreement shall be appropriately adjusted to reflect any stock split, stock dividend or other change in the Options or Shares which may be made by the Company pursuant to Section 12 of the Plan or applicable provision of any successor Plan after the date of this Stock Repurchase Agreement.
