Stock Dividends, Recapitalizations, etc. The Exercise Price of this Warrant and the number of shares of Series A Common Stock issuable upon exercise of this Warrant shall each be proportionally adjusted to reflect any stock dividend, stock split, reverse stock split, recapitalization and the like affecting the number of outstanding shares of Series A Common Stock that occurs after the Issue Date.
