Adjustment for Unit Splits and Combinations. If the Company shall at any time or from time to time after the Class D Original Issue Date effect a subdivision of the outstanding Common Units without a corresponding subdivision of the Preferred Units, then the Conversion Prices, as applicable, in effect immediately before such subdivision shall be proportionately decreased. Conversely, if the Company shall at any time or from time to time after the Class D Original Issue Date combine the outstanding Common Units into a smaller number of Units without a corresponding combination of the Preferred Units, then the Conversion Prices, as applicable, in effect immediately before such combination shall be proportionately increased. Any adjustment under this Section 3.8(f) shall become effective at the close of business on the date such subdivision or combination becomes effective.
