Common use of Adjustment Generally Clause in Contracts

Adjustment Generally. The Exercise Price and the number of shares of Voting Common Stock (or other securities or property) issuable upon exercise of this Warrant shall be subject to adjustment from time to time upon the occurrence of certain events as provided in this Article IV; provided that notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the Exercise Price shall not be less than the par value of the Voting Common Stock, as such par value is reduced from time to time in accordance with Section 1.5.

The Exercise Price and the number of shares of Non-Voting Common Stock (or other securities or property) issuable upon exercise of this Warrant shall be subject to adjustment from time to time upon the occurrence of certain events as provided in this Article IV; provided that notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the Exercise Price shall not be less than the par value of the Non-Voting Common Stock, as such par value is reduced from time to time in accordance with Section 1.5.
