Common use of Adjustment in Number of Securities Clause in Contracts

Adjustment in Number of Securities. Upon each adjustment of the Exercise Price pursuant to the provisions of this Section 11, the Warrant Shares issuable upon the exercise of each Warrant shall be adjusted to the nearest full amount by multiplying a number equal to the Exercise Price in effect immediately prior to such adjustment by the number of Warrant Shares issuable upon exercise of the Warrants immediately prior to such adjustment and dividing the product so obtained by the adjusted Exercise Price.

Adjustment in Number of Securities. Upon each adjustment of the Exercise Price pursuant to the provisions of this Section 11, the number of Warrant Shares Securities issuable upon the exercise at the adjusted Exercise Price, of each Warrant Warrant, shall be adjusted up to the nearest full amount whole number of Shares by multiplying a number equal to the Exercise Price Price, in effect immediately prior to such adjustment by the number of the applicable Warrant Shares Securities issuable upon exercise of the Warrants immediately prior to such adjustment and dividing the product so obtained by the adjusted Exercise Price.

Adjustment in Number of Securities. Upon each adjustment of the Exercise Price pursuant to the provisions of this Section 118, the Warrant number of Ordinary Shares issuable upon the exercise of each Warrant shall be adjusted to the nearest full amount by multiplying a number equal to the Exercise Price in effect immediately prior to such adjustment by the number of Warrant Ordinary Shares issuable upon exercise of the Warrants immediately prior to such adjustment and dividing the product so obtained by the adjusted Exercise Price.

Upon each adjustment of the Exercise Price pursuant to the provisions of this Section 11Article 8, the Warrant number of Shares issuable upon the exercise of each Warrant shall be adjusted to the nearest full amount Share by multiplying a number equal to the Exercise Price in effect immediately prior to such adjustment by the number of Warrant Shares issuable upon exercise of the Warrants immediately prior to such adjustment and dividing the product so obtained by the adjusted Exercise Price.

Upon each adjustment of the Exercise Price pursuant to the provisions of this Section 11Article 7, the Warrant number of Shares issuable upon the exercise of each Warrant shall be adjusted to the nearest full amount Share by multiplying a number equal to the Exercise Price in effect immediately prior to such adjustment by the number of Warrant Shares issuable upon exercise of the Warrants immediately prior to such adjustment and dividing the product so obtained by the adjusted Exercise Price.

Upon each adjustment of the Exercise Price pursuant to the provisions of this Section 117, the number of Warrant Shares Securities issuable upon the exercise at the Adjusted Exercise Price of each Warrant shall be adjusted to the nearest full amount by multiplying a number equal to the Exercise Price in effect immediately prior to such adjustment by the number of Warrant Shares Securities issuable upon exercise of the Warrants Warrant immediately prior to such adjustment and dividing the product so obtained by the adjusted Adjusted Exercise Price.

Upon each adjustment of the Exercise Price pursuant to the provisions of this Section 118, the Warrant number of Ordinary Shares issuable upon the exercise of each Warrant shall be adjusted to the nearest full amount by multiplying a number equal to the Exercise Price in effect immediately prior to such adjustment by the number of Warrant Ordinary Shares issuable upon exercise of the Warrants Warrant immediately prior to such adjustment and dividing the product so obtained by the adjusted Exercise Price.

Adjustment in Number of Securities. Upon each adjustment of the Exercise Price pursuant to the provisions of this Section 11Article 8, the Warrant number of Shares issuable upon the exercise of or each Warrant warrant shall be adjusted to the nearest full amount Share by multiplying a number equal to the Exercise Price in effect immediately prior to such adjustment by the number of Warrant Shares Shares. issuable upon exercise of the Warrants immediately prior to such adjustment and dividing the product so obtained by the adjusted Exercise Price.

Adjustment in Number of Securities. Upon each adjustment of the Exercise Price pursuant to the provisions of this Section SECTION 11, the number of Warrant Shares issuable upon the exercise at the adjusted Exercise Price of each Representative's Warrant shall be adjusted to the nearest full amount number of whole shares of Common Stock by multiplying a number equal to the Exercise Price in effect immediately prior to such adjustment by the number of Warrant Shares issuable upon exercise of the Warrants Representative's Warrant immediately prior to such adjustment and dividing the product so obtained by the adjusted Exercise Price.
