Adjustment in Numbers of Units. Notwithstanding Section 5(b)(i), if (at any time, whether before or after the Units are granted) there occurs an event resulting in an adjustment pursuant to Section 9.08 of the LTIP, a corresponding adjustment shall be made to the number of Units set forth in Section 5(b)(i).
