Adjustment in the Event of a Subsidy. In the event that New York State institutes a subsidy for CCA purchase of RECs after the signing of this ESA that is applicable to all or any portion of the Competitive Suppliers obligations under this ESA, Competitive Supplier shall pass through the full subsidy to Participating Customers in the form of a rate reduction.
